JT Running is a running coaching business created by James Tunbridge.
James is a qualified running coach and accomplished athlete, with an Exercise Physiology Degree and Graduate Diploma in Education, as well as a level 1 & 2 run coaching qualifications. Some of James' running achievements include a 2:32 at Sydney Marathon, winning the Canberra Half Marathon, and two top-10 finishes at the City2Surf.
James is proud to call Wollongong home, where he lives with his partner and young son. He’s very enthusiastic about the local running community and helping others succeed.
At JT Running, the focus is on you. Drawing from his qualifications and vast experience coaching in the local Wollongong community, James works hard to tailor running programs to help each individual run towards their goals.
